Refund Policy

Each message pack is a low-cost digital product generated and delivered immediately after payment. Because the product is created from the information submitted and made available for download, refunds are generally not offered after successful generation.

When to contact us

Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, payment succeeded but generation failed, or a technical problem prevented you from receiving the PDF.

How requests are reviewed

Send the Stripe receipt email, approximate purchase time, and product name to hello@middleagedguywithai.live. Do not send full card or bank details. Technical and duplicate-payment cases will be reviewed fairly.

Change of mind

A change of mind after a pack has been successfully generated and downloaded will not normally qualify for a refund, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
